Study: People Who Can’t Sleep Drink More Soda    




According to a recent study, people who can’t sleep drink more soda and energy drinks. This might be because people with poor sleep turn to sugary drinks to stay alert, or, on the other hand, sugary and caffeinated drinks result in people sleeping less.
