Disconnect Your Mind From The Job Issues Before Going To Sleep    




It Can Be Done By Having An After-Office Activity    




One of the causes of insomnia is the inability to turn off the mind from work issues. One way to do this is to do an activity between work and sleep, something like going to the gym, taking a foreign language class, or just hanging out with your friends. This is difficult if you don’t have much free time and have to pick up your kids from classes or have two jobs. However, a small activity will allow disconnecting the mind from the job, and even put aside any negative thoughts or worries you are bringing home, in order to get a restful sleep.
