Sleeping Less Than 6 Hours Or More Than 10 Hours Can Lead To Metabolic Syndrome    




Its Symptoms Include Hypertension, High Levels Of Triglycerides, And Blood Sugar    




Lack of sleep and excessive sleep is related to poor health and metabolic syndrome. It will affect people who sleep less than 6 hours of more than 10 hours per day. According to a study, people who slept fewer than six hours have a higher risk to have metabolic syndrome and higher waist circumference, compared to people who slept six to seven hours per day. Metabolic syndrome included at least three of the following symptoms: elevated waist circumference, high triglyceride levels, low levels of ‘good’ (HDL) cholesterol, high blood pressure, and high level of blood sugar.
