Sleep Paralysis Prevents Talking Or Moving When Waking Up    




The Most Common Cause Is Insomnia Or Sleep Deprivation    




Sleep paralysis is a condition in which the person is not able to talk or move after waking up. There are even cases in which this condition might occur before going to sleep. The sensation for one minute to several minutes. The most common cause is sleep deprivation or insomnia. In many cases, the muscles become paralyzed, but they return to normal after waking up, unless there is an episode of sleep paralysis. The treatment is similar to insomnia, in which sleep is induced in a dark environment and a comfortable mattress.
