There are times in which people wake up in the middle of the night and find it difficult to get asleep again. There are ways to sleep again, such as drinking warm milk with honey, which contains fat and sugar. Chamomile tea might help also. Another good idea is lowering the temperature in the bedroom because low body temperature is related to sleepiness. Also, it is important to avoid stimulating or stressing the brain by watching the news, games on the phone, and series. Sometimes, the reason the brain can’t shut down is that it is overthinking the pending issues for the next day. Writing a to-do-list will prevent from overthinking these pending tasks.
